| Job Description |
- Develop and optimize chemical processes for the production of foam and ABC powder, taking into account safety, cost, and efficiency
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify and solve problems in the production process
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to foam and ABC powder production, such as quality control problems or equipment malfunctions
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source raw materials and equipment for foam and ABC powder production

| What We Need in You to Be Successful in This Role |
- Good understanding of the fundamentals of chemical engineering including surface tension, film formation, material and fluid dynamics, heat transfer, thermodynamics, and mixing phenomena
- Capable of identifying new methods of manufacturing chemicals and creating the process
- Capable of preparing MSDS and technical datasheets of the foam concentrates
- Strong knowledge of UL 162, UL 139, EN 1568, and ICAO foam concentrate testing requirements and ISO 17025

| Qualifications & Experience |
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles and processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Physical ability to work in a laboratory or production environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Should have previous experience in Firefighting Foams production
